OVA 2: Sunao ni Naretara

Miko is at the mall buying a swimsuit. At first, she picks a two pieces, and the saleswoman quickly tells her to try it. But, inside the room, she trips and falls (to the surprise of the saleswoman). She feels a bit embarrased with the first one, so she tries another. But to no avail, she is even more embarrased for that swimsuit than the first. Almost giving up, she spots another swimsuit and smiles.

Mizuho and Tooru is waiting for Miko outside the swimming pool. They both wonder why Miko is taking so long, then, Miko, running, apologizes for being late. She stops to catch some breath and apologizes again. Tooru makes fun of Miko saying that she must took her time choosing a good bikini, but Mizuho reprends Tooru for such comments. Miko, thinks for herself, if it was a good decision to buy the swimsuit. However, Miko is interrupted when Mizuho apologizes that she will not be with them. "What?" says Miko, as she expected Mizuho to be with them. Mizuho only tells Miko that Tooru will be with her (this causes Miko to blush), and tells Tooru to take care of Miko. Mizuho, then, runs away. "Let's go, Miko", says Tooru, and walks to the pool. However, he looks the way Mizuho ran, as if she was running away from something. Just then, Mizuho stops, looking back...

At the train station, Tatsuya is seating, waiting. "Sorry" says Mizuho and both takes the train to the city. As the were travelling, Tatsuya complains he wanted to go to the pool with "Nagase oniichan". But quickly takes takes the comment back, when Mizuho tells him, if that's so, she will not take her to the movies!

Back to the pool, Ai is finishing wearing her swimsuit, when Miyuki asks Ai to help her fixing the swimsuit. Suddenly, Ai spots Miko, and wonders what guy will she be expecting to meet at the pool... Just outside, Tooru is complaining, again, that Miko is taking too long, when Miko walks out of the girl's dressing room. He is surprised by her swimsuit, and says it looks good on her (which makes Miko happy). Inside the girl's dressing room, Miyuki and Ai is still changing and having fun with each other, making so much noise that catches the attention of all the girls changing!

At the theatre, a Godzilla-like movie is playing, but the line seems too long for Tatsuya. (Tatsuya complains if it weren't because Mizuho took to long to meet him at the train station). Then, somebody calls Mizuho. It is Haruhiko. At first, Tatsuya is extremely suspicious of him, but when, Haruhiko mentions the theatre is owned by his parent, and could let them get inside right away, Tatsuya is suddenly happy that her sister know such a guy. But Mizuho does not like that idea. They enter, and tells the manager to get them some seats, as well as some drinks, which makes Tatsuya even happier, but, still, Mizuho dislikes that Haruhiko is inviting them in.

At the pool, Miko and Tooru are having a really good time. Tooru says he will leave the pool for a moment, and Miko follows hims. When he offers to help her out, Miko slips, and falls on top on Tooru. Or rather, Miko's breasts on Tooru's face... Miko is embarrased for the accident and runs! (Tooru, on the other hand, is happily shocked seating on the floor!). Meanwhile, at the theatre, Tatsuya is having some pop-corn, with a pissed Haruhiko besides him. It happens that Tatsuya is seating between Haruhiko and Tatsuya. When Haruhiko asks Tatsuya if he wants to switch seats, he does not want to. Haruhiko tries to hit Tatsuya on the head, but Tatsuya asks Haruhiko if he wants some pop-corn he was eating. Mizuho, all the time, was not paying to the movies, nor attention at all on what Tatsuya and Haruhiko were doing, but rather thinking on Miko and Tooru.

Again, at the pool, Miko and Tooru are taking a break, and talking to each other. Miko tells Tooru that her father is a bit overprotective, but Tooru says isn't so. On the background, Miyuki is a bit angry that Tooru is with another girl. Suddenly, Miko stops and begins scratching near her breast ("What's that", wonders Miko), however, Tooru is "surprised" by the sight. Miyuki can't take it, and grabbing a ball, throw it to Tooru, hitting him on the head. But the hit pushes Tooru towards Miko, making him grab Miko's breast. He quickly moves back, but, too late already! Miko is blushing like a red tomato. "Who could have been who threw the ball?", asks Tooru to himself as he looks around.

After leaving the movies, Haruhiko, Tatsuya and Mizuho are at a cafe. While Tatsuya is looking at all the pastry, Haruhiko is drinking tea with Mizuho. At first, Haruhiko asks if Mizuho has a boyfriend. When she says no, he begins to flirt with her. When he is about to make his move, Tatsuya slams the table with a big dish of pastry.

It is late afternoon, already, and Tooru is walking back to Yuuki Residence. Minoru, who was walking out of a shoppete finds him, and they begin chatting. Suddenly, Miyuki, with Ai, confronts Tooru if Miko was her girlfriend, which Tooru denies. Is that so, thinks Miyuki, then proceed to push Ai in front. Ai, still a bit scared, manage to tell Tooru she wants to date him, and runs away as soon as she finishes saying it. Miyuki tells him not to forget it, and runs after Ai. Minoru, seeing the chance to make fun at Tooru, begins to do so.

Tooru Almost arrives Yuuki Residence, when a car stops in front of the house. Haruhiko walks out of the car, followed by Mizuho. They begin to talk in front of the porch, while Tooru is looking from afar. "So, she went to have a date with Satake", says Tooru to himself. Suddenly, Tatsuya pops out of the car, which surprises Tooru. However, he is still suspicious about it. Tatsuya notices Tooru is standing there and says so. Haruhiko is surprised that he was standing there, and so does Mizuho. A moment of tension is on the air... Quickly Haruhiko says farewell and leaves. Tooru walks in front of the gate and asks Mizuho if that was Haruhiko; she says it was him. And keeps walking to the house... Tatsuya follows Tooru telling him about the day, leaving Mizuho alone, thinking to herself.

That night, Mizuho is writing something, when somebody knocks the door. It is Tooru; but before he opens the door, Mizuho stops him and does not let him in. Tooru asks Mizuho if she left them to take care of Tatsuya, which Mizuho says she had. Then, Tooru tells Mizuho about the day at the pool with Miko, which eases Mizuho a bit. But, at the end, Tooru asks Mizuho if she has any relationship with Haruhiko, but Mizuho denies to answer him. Since Mizuho will not give him an answer, Tooru leaves, saying good night. Mizuho is slightly confused on herself when two petals from the roses in her room falls...

Next day, at Yuuki Residence, the phone rings. Tatsuya picks the phone; it is for Mizuho from Haruhiko. Mizuho just apologizes Haruhiko and closes the phone. Tooru tells everybody that he will leave for the day, which Tatsuya asks if it is a date. When Tooru tells Tatsuya isn't of his concern, he complains that Tooru promised him to go to the pool. Tooru tells Tatsuya he should ask Mizuho instead, but Tatsuya does not want to go with his sister. Suddenly, we see Miko poping in Yuuki residence. "Hello!" says Miko;(Mizuho makes a funny surprised look) bringing a bento for Tooru. Mizuho has to tell Miko, Tooru isn't home, but asks Miko if he had promised her to meet. Miko says she didn't. At the end, Miko leaves, while Mizuho is angered with Tooru.

At the park, Tooru is seating on a bench with Ai, however, they are a bit appart of each other. They do nothing but seat next to each other (but Ai is happy). Tooru asks Ai if she wants to do something, but Ai says she is happy just being there with him. When Tooru moves closer to Ai, she moves a bit apart. "What is going on between those two", asks Minoru to Miyuki, who were having a drink at a table in the park, apart from Ai and Tooru. Tooru suddenly stands, telling Ai to go home, but Ai is bit saddened, telling Tooru not to go yet. Tooru agrees, and seats closer to Ai, but she moves away from him again!

Meanwhile, Miko is in (another) park. She looks at other couples at the park, sitting on a bench, on a boat, just walking around. She takes out the lunch and gives it to some kitten that were at the park, and let some ants eat them. But Miko is not sad at all.

Later in the afternoon, Mizuho is walking home with some groceries. While crossing a small playground, she notices Miyuki, Minoru, Ai and Tooru. She hides until Tooru is alone, walking through the playground, and confronts him. She tells Tooru that Miko had brought him a bento that day, but Tooru just take it lightly. Mizuho is angered at Tooru's attitude. But Tooru says she should not get into his business, just as he didn't between Haruhiko and her. Mizuho already angered by Tooru's comments says she just does not understand him and, with tears, run away. But, quickly, Tooru runs after her, and catches her wrist. However, Mizuho slaps his hand. "Go away! Go, leave us!", shouts Mizuho to Tooru (who is shocked on what she said) and runs away...

That night, Tooru is playing with an apple at the park. He looks at the stars while biting it. "She told me to leave, then..." Mizuho, meanwhile, is on her room, hugging her tennis racket; asking if she was to cruel with Tooru. Miko, on the other hand, is happy while knotting a piece of paper on a branch of a tree.
